About me

I began studying design at school and found graphics/ design technology to be the subject I excelled and enjoyed the most. I then followed on to college undertaking an apprenticeship whilst working as a Studio Layout Artist in the publications department of a large mail order company. I also completed a masterclass in working with Macromedia software and a City & Guilds Level 3 course in Internet and Web Design.

I am now a student at East Lancs Institute of Higher Education and studying a Foundation Degree in Digital Media Design, this is a two-year course and I plan to complete a further year after which I will gain BA Honours Degree in the subject.

I am also searching for work/training in the area of graphic/print or web design, in which I can gain more industrial experience relevant to my studies, with a mind to making this into a career.
