Further Progression

I am currently deciding on the next step of my career in design, I aspire to find a
placement within the industry where I can expand my skills. I have previously worked
in the design industry and felt that the learning curve was faster and more relevant
as opposed to academic training, however I have found that college widens
software skills and creative skills which are difficult to gain in a restricted industrial
environment.

My experience tells me that a place in both industry and academic
training would be ideal in the growth of my career and a great asset to an employer
as I would be able to offer new insights and skills continually and progress to the
highest standard rapidly.

I also wish to be educated in business and marketing as I feel it to be of paramount importance for a designer to understand these concepts.
