Here are my reflections on how I am progressing. At the end of each year I will complete a self assessment, which will help me outline my strengths and weaknesses, so I can focus on points which need improvement.

1 = Never done it; 2 = Tried it; 3 = OK; 4 = Confident performance & I am capable of explaining it to someone else!
